Mike has been involved in sales since 1975. For eleven years Mike sold pleasure boats and was the top selling salesperson for the locally built Zeta power boats. In 1986 Mike became a licensed Realtor and in 1989 received his Agent's license, allowing him to manage and own real estate companies. For nine years Mike sold real estate on the North Shore and during this time worked for Royal LePage project marketing where he learned firsthand the aspects of successful project sales. Mike took on the challenge of management in 1994 when he was appointed as Manager for the Royal LePage Kitsilano branch. Along with this office Mike also ran the Dunbar office and for a short period of time the Kerrisdale and West Boulevard offices as well. In late 1995 Mike moved to Whistler in the capacity of Office Manager for Whistler Real Estate. The association with Whistler Real Estate and Intrawest offered Mike the opportunity to further learn the project marketing business and enhance his knowledge in this area. Mike was appointed the Manager of Windermere Sea to Sky Real Estate in May 2002 and oversaw the successful launch of the "Woodbridge" town home project in Pemberton. Recently Mike was the team coordinator for the successful "Pemberton Valley Lodge" a new hotel concept to the Pemberton area.
