What is it?
The Freedom Investment Club is a unique kind of investment club in which all Members are shareholders.
The proceeds of the sale of shares are pooled and re-invested for the benefit of the shareholder Members. It is unique because:
The money is invested in various vehicles with the primary emphasis being on Cash Flow Opportunities. It is the Club's target to invest in the following mix: Long term (max. 3 yrs.) investments: 20% of the portfolio; liquid trading and other opportunities (mainly public companies): 30%; Cash Flow Opportunities (combination of private and public companies): 50%.
All deals are thoroughly vetted through a rigorous due-diligence process that involves: initial screening, in-depth investigation, review by the Deal Flow Committee, and, on large deals, presentation to the Membership. Deals come to the Club from many sources including our alliance partners and network of contacts, organizations and associations to which it belongs, the website, and Members.

Auditors: The Freedom Investment Club financial statements will be audited by Tony Ricci Ltd., C.A. Cost: Members pay a Membership fee of 10% of their investment up to a lifetime maximum of $1000 on top of their share purchase(min. $250)- to cover costs of running the Club.
Restrictions: B.C. & Alberta Securities Commissions
Freedom Investment Club is a private club and Members hold shares of a limited corporation (incorporated in B.C. and extra provincially registered in Alberta), the sale of which is regulated by the Securities Commissions of B.C. and Alberta. As such, new Members are only accepted, at the discretion of the Officers and if the prospective Member meets the exemption qualifications:
In addition to the Exemption Qualifications above, U.S. citizens must also sign a declaration that identifies the Exemption (from Prospectus) under which they qualify for purposes of U.S. Securities regulations.
Individuals who are considering joining the Freedom Investment Club should read and understand the Offering Memorandum
Freedom Investment Club Requirement: The investment must be committed for at least 3 years, after which the Member has the option to redeem the shares out of treasury. Prospective investors that foresee needing their capital before three years should not invest in this company.
Performance To-Date:
For the period since the Club started in October 2002 until March 14, 2003, the realized profits plus the unrealized gains were 11.3 % of the $ invested.
11.3% over that period of 151 days is 27 % annualized.
