New: Gmail Creates 'Never Send it to Spam' Filter

IMPORTANT NOTE CONCERNING EMAIL:

A few things could be happening if you are not receiving email from us:

Due to the prevalence of email spam blockers, viruses, filters, etc. sometimes legitimate email, such as the Facts by Email, does not make it to its intended recipients. If you consistently do not receive your Facts by Email that is very likely the problem. If possible, contact your email provider and ask them to allow all email from jurock.com.

You may have recently upgraded your computer with new system software. Newer versions of Outlook, for example, may have different default settings that may categorize what was friendly mail before as junk mail in the new program. You need to re-set the "From" email address (jurock.com) as a safe sender. Outlook has a number of settings for managing so called junk mail (see below).

You may also mark a domain as safe so that all mail coming from that sender will be considered safe, friendly or whatever name they choose to call it.

At work email accounts are heavily filtered. You may not be getting your mail if you subscribed from the office.

You may need to reset your mail setting to accept jurock.com mail. Perhaps you might consider using a personal email account if you have subscribed through your office email account. Services such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc. offer free email accounts.

As well, every single Facts by Email is available online http://www2.jurock.com/insider/allnewsletters.asp?list=fbf - just use the user name and password you are supplied with when subscribing.
