Watch those 1/4 share units.
When you go to Whistler, you see tons of condos offered for sale ... cheap ... around $200,000-$250,000
... then you realize they are quarter shares ... at only $250,000.
Or the 1,200 sq.ft apartment may cost a million ... and then some.
Now for some it may be working. But beware ... those common area costs ... some of them are $500 - $700 a quarter share or $2,200 (and more) for 4 quarter shares!!!
Best to buy full ownership or Phase I ... not limited ownership use Phase II.
