CONFIDENCE
It is a crazy world ... while all the economic fundamentals are there...
We have to have - collectively - CONFIDENCE.
What to think about at this time:
1. I am convinced the move by the FED this week and the added liquidity around the world ... will mean higher inflation eventually.
2. The economy, 33 year low unemployment rates, capital investment ... all mean higher prices.
BUT if confidence is falling and people listen to only the bad news ... we can talk ourselves DOWN.
What to do?
1. As a flipper ... watch out ... sentiment changes YOU will be stuck.
2. As a developer..YOU watch out ... by the time your deal comes to market ... it may have changed.
3. Fix your financing ... as a builder, developer ... or for your business ... lending will be tougher.
4. As an investor ... with no cash flow ... evaluate ... or lighten up, sell a few units.
