What connection speed should I use?
High bandwidth: If you are accessing the Internet with a T1 connection, DSL or cable modem, select the "Cable/DSL/T1" option. These selections offer the best viewing quality.
Lower bandwidth: If you have a lower bandwidth dial-up modem or ISDN connection, or are not sure, select the "56k" option. These files have been processed to produce the best video quality that your connection can offer.
